Hartford Brainard Airport Association has an ongoing commitment to the following activities:

• Professionalism: Our organized commitment to our mission sends the clear message that we are dead serious about reaching our goal.

• Organization Membership: Build power at the base.

• Educate lawmakers and public officials: Provide them with necessary, relevant and reliable information and resources concerning Brainard Airport and general aviation.

• Educate the Public about the Legislative Process, and then…

  • Educate the Public about the issues that are most important to OUR cause.

• Foster and promote continued growth and revitalization at Hartford Brainard Airport.

• Introduce communities and constituencies to the legislators who represent them.

• Research: Produce relevant resources that reflect the real issues for our community.

• Organize events and rallies to support our cause.

• Provide educational conferences and information sessions.

• Schedule and lead tours of Brainard Airport for public officials, legislators and the public.

• Fundraising to support our relationship with our lobbying firm - David Evans & Associates.

• Frequent and timely connections to local and national press to maintain our visibility and inform and educate readers and viewers.

• Promote the energy and enthusiasm in support of our cause.
